Q: Are Conference Dinner tickets still available?
A: YES, tickets can still be purchased for $120.00 until Friday 15 September.

** FULL registration delegates (excluding students) - if you did NOT indicate the gala dinner on your registration form, a ticket has not been provided. Please ensure you check that this is confirmed on your 'delegate confirmation letter'.**

Q: Can you confirm the social programme dates and times?
A: Details as follows:

Welcome Reception : Tuesday 19 September 2006, Trade Exhibition Hall, 5.30pm to 7.30pm

First Timers Breakfast : Wednesday 20 September 2006, L2, Room 4, 7.30am to 8.30am

Q: I have ordered a special dietary meal during the conference, how is this served?
A: The Welcome Reception and all morning/afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the Trade Exhibition Hall. Any special dietary requirements indicated on your registration from have been forwarded to the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. Please make yourself known to staff at each function.

A special dietary station will be setup in the exhibition hall where special meals can be collected. Should you require any specific assistance while at the conference, please contact the Registration Desk staff. Every endeavour will be made to cater for your needs.

Q: What are the Registration Desk opening hours & contacts?
A: The Registration Desk will be located on Level 2, in the main foyer of the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The desk will be open as follows:
Tuesday 19 September 3.00pm to 6.00pm
Wednesday 20 September 7.30am to 6.00pm
Thursday 21 September 7.30am to 5.00pm

Q: How is my accommodation credit card deposit processed?
A: If you have given authority to debit your credit card for an accommodation deposit, this has been passed to the hotel. The hotel, at its discretion, may process this debit immediately or wait until you check out.

Q: What details do I need to know about the additional social program?
A: If you have pre-registered for any of the bus tours, walking tours or free tours, a separate email will be sent to you shortly, confirming meeting points and times.

Q: When is the the Trade Exhibition Open?
A: The Exhibition will be open as follows:
Tuesday 19 September 5.00pm-7.30pm
Wednesday 20 September 8.30am-6.30pm
Thursday 21 September 8.30am-5.30pm
Friday 22 September 9.00am-2.00pm

Q: What is the weather like in Perth at the moment?

Q: Where is the venue located?
A: Perth Convention Exhibition Centre is located at 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth in the heart of Perth CBD. Check out http://www.perthcentre.com.au/location.cfm for the location map.

Q: What about onsite parking?
A: Daily parking is available at the Perth City car park, which is located underneath the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, entrance is from the intersection of Mounts Bay Road and Mill Street.

Delegates can park their vehicles on a casual basis at the hourly rate of $3.50 to a maximum of $12.00 for any 10 hour period. Vehicle access is limited to cars only, vehicles higher than 2.1 metres can not be accommodated. The car park is busy (full by 9am), so it is best to park early!

Q: What is the best way to travel around the Perth CBD?
A: CAT buses run on three routes and are a free service providing convenient travel around the city. CAT bus stops have distinctive stands and real-time passenger information that tells you when the next bus is due.

A Free Transit Zone (FTZ) also operates within the city boundaries. You can travel on any Transperth bus or train within the boundary limits for free. FTZ signposts are displayed on the route limits. For travel outside the FTZ, you may purchase a ticket from the driver or purchase a Multirider from mostnews agenciess.
